**JOB OVERVIEW:**


In this position, you will review hourly staff payroll, enter reimbursement requests, reconcile expense reports, perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and sort mail. Other duties will include assisting the office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.


**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information.

+ Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, etc. as needed

+ Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects

+ Help prepare reports, presentations, and data

+ Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings

+ Type documents, drafts, and reports

+ Oversee mail deliveries and packages

+ Purchase and track office and break room supplies

+ Review time sheets

+ File and organize invoices

+ Assist the Office Manager and HR Manager in a variety of tasks

+ Maintain CDL driver files per State/Federal guidelines


**REQUIREMENTS:**


+ High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

+ Prior experience handling office responsibilities, (3 years preferred)

+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars (Strong in Excel (Formulas/ Sort/ Report Pulling) Paylocity payroll program).

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must be a highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment

+ Must be punctual and reliable

+ Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

+ Must have experience reviewing and compiling payroll timesheets; Paylocity experience a plus!

+ Basic HR knowledge. (HR background would be additional bonus).

+ Experience with CDL drivers preferred. CDL Drivers - Experience working with for qualifying files DOT standards. Prior experience permitting/ bidding etc.....
