We are looking for a Office Operations Coordinator!

**Essential Duties:**

+ Operational support and office management

+ Assist with tracking documentation, establishing company and office processes and recordkeeping

+ Help with office projects, employee onboarding and office supply management

You will be responsible for supporting the Company in a variety of ways, including documentation preparation and organization, inventory/supply management, general office management. Must be self-motivated, willing to take ownership of projects and to drive projects to completion

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ Support various aspects of operational support creating purchase orders, tracking inventory, organizing and storing documentation

+ Support onboarding of employees, setting up of new office spaces

+ Assist with compliance and safety training and recordkeeping

+ Provide high-quality support while anticipating needs

+ Serves as the initial, highly professional interface with key external contacts such as customers and vendors and shows effective written and verbal communication with external as well as all internal contacts including management, staff, and contractors

+ Organize and order company and business lunches

+ Office and break room supply management

**Qualifications and Experience:**

+ Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or the equivalent knowledge and experience required

+ 3+ years of related operational support experience

+ Must demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills and software application proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams).

+ Experienced in administering online, cloud-based applications (i.e. PEO interfaces, DocuSign, etc.)

+ Team player and self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across the business and with all levels of the organization and independently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines, and respond quickly and efficiently

+ Excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail with a proven track record of serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
