This 1 year contract opportunity will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable work experience. The position is open now, with immediate consideration! **The hourly pay is $26/hr.,** depending on experience.

What will you be doing as an Office Manager?

Primary responsibilities for an **Office Manager** in a Business and Professional Services company will include:

Operational Management

+ Providing administrative support for the Human Resources team including interview co-ordination, document collection and verification, personnel file management, co-ordination for any compliance requirements, etc.

+ Conducting any other administrative or staff functions (which may include finance, information technology, vendor co-ordination, access control, office supply and other corporate services)

+ Running the reception desk including handling calls on the board line, taking care of the guests

+ Managing ID cards and access to the office, the building, and the car park -

+ Cooperating with the technical service of the building, reporting failures, and monitoring maintenance works

+ Maintaining regular written and in-person records related to stocks, filing, handling mail etc.

+ Reports as required

+ Planning and coordinating the orders of the alimentary products and the stationery

+ Cooperating with external companies on the allocated tasks (taxi, catering, post office, couriers, etc.)

+ Supervising the administrative storage room and stock replenishment

+ Archiving and securing the office entry keys

+ Cooperating with external provider on business travel insurances and making travel arrangements

+ Keeping a register of invoices and incoming official correspondence

+ Ordering company business cards and marketing materials

+ Supervision of the conference rooms

+ Visitor Management

+ An ability and desire to understand the organizations goals and objectives

+ Very good communication and organizational skills

+ Teamwork and client focused approach

+ Problem solving attitude

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role prior

+ Very good knowledge of MS Office, scanning, xerox

**Hours would be Monday-Friday 8 am to 12:30 pm as this position is PART-TIME with some flexibility and will be 100% in office starting as soon as possible.**
