**As an Office Manager Assistant, you will:**

+ Take on a variety of projects to assist the Office Manager with a large office move from Cambridge/Harvard Square to downtown Boston

+ Responsibilities can change from day-to-day, you should be organized and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate next steps and take action

+ Handle twice weekly mail and delivery interception which includes scanning and uploading of certain mail to shared department folders and the use of FedEx to overnight mail

+ Some facilitation of off-site management meetings including ordering and delivery acceptance of office supplies, food and beverage

**This might be an outstanding fit if you:**

+ Thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

+ Have strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Proficiency using Apple/Mac products and Google Suite is a plus

This role is expected to last 2-3 months, but there is a possibility for extension for the right person

Standard business hours, and the ability to work from home at times.
