**Office Admin Assistant**



**M-F 8-5 ( flexible start time between 7-9am for an 8 hr shift + OT at times)**

**Location: Fremont, Ca ( Fully in office position)**

**Pay $30/hr**


**Seeking an experienced (3-5 years of experience) full time Office admin who will also be an assistant to the remote manager. Please read the key qualifications below and apply if you feel you could be a good fit!**


**_Essential Job Duties:_**


+ General office administrative duties including reception, scanning, ordering of supplies, and assisting various departments as needed.

+ Ordering catered lunches and organizing office events.

+ Expense report completion and management


+ Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, documenting, organizing, and shipping packages.

+ Liaise with landlord and building systems and vendor related communications


**_The Ideal Candidate Would Possess_**


+ Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor

+ Tech savvy

+ Ability to take initiative and problem-solve

+ Strong attention to detail and organization

+ Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivation and a positive attitude

+ Ability to adopt new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

+ COVID VACCINATED
