**A fantastic, laid back, organization in Wixom is looking to add an Office Manager to their team. The responsibilities are a blend of Accounting/Finance, and Human Resources. This position is of high importance and** **requires** **a matching skill set to the duties below. **Finance**



**Accounts Receivable record invoices, build inventory, and receive payments, review for past dues.**


**Matching packing slip to invoices, enter in QuickBooks.**


**Foreign currency payments.**


**Produce checks for GM to sign.**


**Accounting for other properties.**


**Inventory reconciliation.**


**Bank Reconciliations: 6 accounts.**


**Monthly financial statements and reports.**


**Review vendor statements.**


**Work with UHY on their monthly/yearly requirements.**






**Human Resources**



**Update Paychex to correct clock in/clock out.**


**Answer various employee HR issues.**


**Interact with temp agencies and recruiting firms.**


**Submit temp timesheets to agencies.**


**Onboard new hires into Paychex.**


**Employee enrollment into insurance.**


**Submit payroll with Paychex, enter GL transaction in QuickBooks.**


**Employee evaluations.**


**Open enrollment for health insurance.**
