**Job Summary**



**Office Manager**



An **Office Manager** is to be responsible for managing office duties and personnel. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications. Delegating shipping responsibilities to staff. Managing files, updating customers on inventory, handling shipping issues.



For you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly, QuickBooks experience is a plus, and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.



**Office Responsibilities:**




+ Managing staff.

+ Handling incoming calls and other communications.

+ Managing filing system.

+ Recording information as needed.

+ Entering and confirming purchase orders.

+ Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

+ Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

+ Performing general office duties.

+ Maintaining supply inventory parts.

+ Maintaining office equipment as needed.

+ Aiding with customer service calls, as needed.

+ **Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our QuickBooks.**

+ Following up with customers regarding inventory.

+ Delegate shipping responsibilities daily.





**Office Requirements:**




+ Managerial experience.

+ Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

+ Warm personality with strong communication skills.

+ Ability to work well under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

+ QuickBooks experience is a plus.

+ Proficiently in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Shipping experience.

+ EDI (electronic document interchange) experience.
