Kelly Services is looking for a experienced Office Manager in Tallahassee, FL.
**POSITION SUMMARY:** The role of the Office Manager is to assist the Finance Director with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank deposits, office management, and annual audit. This position requires a dedicated individual with organizational skills and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
**QUALIFICATIONS** : Preference will be given to applicants with previous accounting and office management experience. Must have the ability to establish cooperative working relationships with clients, co-workers, volunteers, and visitors to Office as support, and clearly communicate the mission statement of the organization.
**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; office management a plus
Effectively work in Microsoft Excel and Word (minimum 2 years experience)
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work as a part of a team
Effective time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
**EXAMPLES OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Process accounts payable
Enter deposits into the accounting system
Reconcile balance sheet accounts
Standard office work, including processing paperwork, filing, making copies, emails, etc.
Assist with human resource management, including benefits packages, employment verifications, etc.
Assist with grant report submissions
Assist with donation entries to the donor database
Send out materials for board meetings
Provide backup for reception when unavailable\
Assist with audit prep
Review mileage log and allocate costs for company vehicle
