**Office/Project Manager NYC 60K to 70K**


Our Client a non-profit organization, with the mission of advancing research in skin biology and championing skin health, particularly among children, is seeking an independent project manager with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This position will provide support to the team and take ownership of projects.


**This is a Direct Hire Opportunity!**


**The position is in office position!**


**RESPONSIBILITIES** - Required activities include (but are not limited to):


+ Take ownership and execute projects

+ Support the grant program

+ Assist event and fundraising planning, both with the Annual Gala and Annual Appeal

+ Manage and track donor relationship

+ Write and distribute press releases and talking points, as necessary

+ Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes; including Board of Directors, Education Council and Medical Advisory Committee Meetings

+ Assemble agendas and meeting materials

+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software

+ Track the progress of on-going projects and maintain calendar for upcoming ones

+ File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

+ Research, develop, write and submit grant proposals

+ Effectively communicate and manage vendors

+ Adhere to all company policies and procedures


+ **QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ Prior administrative experience required

+ Must be able to work in the office

+ Prior event planning or non-profit organization funding experience preferred but not required

+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask mad adapt to a high-energy, fast pace environment

+ Ability to work independently as well as in a team

+ Ability to problem solve

+ Proficient in basic office math

+ Skilled internet researching capabilities

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks efficiently

+ High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and applicable PC hardware

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
