**RESPONSIBILITIES:**




+ Successfully execute various administrative tasks

+ Regularly attend relevant staff meetings to ensure keeping up to date with changes

+ Identify and implement changes and trends as necessary to improve the level of quality and efficiency, measured by key business indicators

+ Analyze and understand complex general ledger, identifying data discrepancies/errors

+ Create and maintain Excel data bases

+ Provide consistent and accurate data for advance





**QUALIFICATIONS:**




+ At least 1 year of experience in Finance, or a recently earned Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required

+ Strong analytical skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication

+ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with strong emphasis in Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, V lookup, charts, graphs)

+ Previous experience in using any of the following strongly desired: Service Max, Oracle, Salesforce and Cognos

+ Process improvement skills

+ Strong hands-on knowledge of work force management tools with the ability to maintain them

+ Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail

+ Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple priorities with little direction

+ Ability to create accurate and concise material and work documentation for organizational use
