+ Effectively manage all the business unit functions, to include P&L responsibility, Customer requirements, Key Performance Indicators. (KPIs), Team Management, Program compliance, and Company policies and procedures. Ensure appropriate communication with KELLY OCG, customer, divisional contacts, and local team as required. Oversees departments, acts as contact between departments, suppliers, customers and various levels of supervision and be generally involved in review and evaluation of processes throughout the operation.

**Responsibilities** .

The responsibilities of the Operation Manager include but are not limited to:

+ Recruit, select, and hire Cleaning Technicians.

+ Assign employees according to customer's requirements.

+ Ensure employee payroll gets processed timely and accurately (Regular hours, vacation, holidays etc.).

+ Ensure employees to comply with all rules and policies of customer.

+ Resolve issues with KOCG Operating system.

+ Maintain a predetermined number of trained and cross trained employees in each function for each shift.

+ Perform and present monthly metrics including maintaining customer developed metrics.

+ Maintain Documentation integrity and control to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, ISO and company requirements

+ Cleaning Solution Preparation and Solution testing.

+ Track and report on cleaning inventory.

+ Conduct routine safety and environmental audits as required.

+ Conduct basic preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.

+ Perform Kelly OCG related duties including but not limited to reports, metrics, communications, employee appraisals, etc.

+ Enforce company policies and procedures

+ Maintain a strong safety program compliance

+ Promote continues improvement initiatives

+ Promote employee development through KLC programs and other available developing tools or training

**Technical Responsibilities:**

Preventative maintenance, sanitize, removing unclean components, inserting and loading sanitize components, participate in the audit process of hydration, sterilization, and packaging machinery according to protocols and GMP. Assist Process Engineering Technicians and Manufacturing specialists in executing investigational machinery reviews. Generate and update maintenance logs specific to the job functions performed. Maintains accurate documentation to ensure adherence to GMP, FDA and ISO regulations.

Fully responsible for all program requirements.

+ High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse/distribution center or manufacturing environment.

+ Minimum 5 years experience management experience including personnel management.

+ Ability to inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals and influence valuable changes and positive outcomes.

+ Be open to new ideas coming from team members.

+ Ability to manage trends and business changes, while building flexibility within the team

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining daily operations.

+ In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

+ Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

+ Organizational and time-management skills

+ Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure

+ Ability to build trust and camaraderie between team members.

+ Ability to manage and direct team function with little or no direct supervision.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proven ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.

+ Strong conflict resolution, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to assess staffing needs and requirements and meeting or exceeding performance standards.

+ Ability to manage trends and business changes, while building flexibility within the team. Manage multiple tasks while maintaining daily operations. In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.

+ Normal sanitation practices, some technical knowledge of automation, machine safety and mechanical aptitude is helpful

**Environmental and Physical Demands**

+ Safety Shoes (Steel-Toed) are required.

+ Duties are performed in a temperature-controlled environment.

+ Duties require walking, standing, reaching forward, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling, twisting at the waist, grabbing, finger manipulation, and sitting.

+ Light physical demand level: Exerting up to twenty (20) lbs., of force occasionally, up to ten (10) lbs., of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects weighing less than twenty-three (23) lbs.
