Kelly Technology is currently looking for an Oracle Cloud consultant for a long-term role. The role would be remote in the beginning and eventually onsite in Oakland, CA.


Responsibilities:


Participate in the design sessions with in-house development staff, functional business owners, and outside implementation partners


Participate in the design of testing and training plans for Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation


Provide technical solution expertise and perform the technical design, development, and unit testing for Oracle EPM Cloud Implementation


Work closely with the functional counterpart on all design and development activities for solution gaps


Develop the build instructions and work closely with the Configuration Management team to deploy the solution in an On-Demand environment


Support the creation and review cycles of technical specifications for RICE items


Investigate data issues, perform deep-dive analyses, propose and execute solutions, and define IT project requirements for issue resolution


Understand business processes, the flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better data quality and effectiveness


Partner closely with data custodians from various business teams to identify new data initiatives, determine priorities, and run initiatives as needed


Provide best practices and support business leaders in data governance, policy definition, system enhancement recommendations, change management, and training


Work with IT teams to clarify business process and data needs and provide guidance on the implementation of data and process-related IT projects


Provide trouble shooting and resolution of production issues as needed


Participate in unit testing and support functional SIT testing of custom objects and defect resolution.

Requirements:


5-8 years of experience with Oracle Implementations


Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud


BS degree or/and equivalent work experience


Must be able to work remotely and then travel onsite to Oakland, CA
