Kelly Services is seeking a **Senior/Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant** for a leading global chemical and ingredient distributor in **Downers Grove, IL.**

**Job Title:** **Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant**

**Location:** **Downers Grove, IL (Local candidates only)**

**Type: Contract (W2)**

**Length: 6 months (contract to hire for the right candidate.)**

**Pay Rate $75/HR**

**Can be remote to start and then as the client brings people back into the office, would look to have the candidate onsite. Self-Starter, should be able to work remote.**


The Senior/Lead Organization Change Management (OCM) Consultant is responsible for leading OCM activities for large technology implementation projects. This position plays key role in helping technology projects and other change initiatives meet business objectives. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The Senior OCM Consultant works with the Clients Solutions Project Management Office (PMO) to create and implement change management plans that identify and mitigate people-related risks. He/she works to maximize stakeholders understanding of change initiatives, increase engagement, buy-in and support. Expected results include faster adoption, greater utilization of system tools and business processes, so that expected business results are achieved.


+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline

+ 7-10 years experience leading Organizational Change Management on large technical projects including: Executive Alignment, Executive Coaching, Stakeholder Assessment, Management & Alignment, Organization & Job Design, Communication, and Training.

+ 5+ years experience with SAP implementations and integrations required

+ Experience managing the change associated with complex, global systems implementation

+ Experience consulting to business leaders.

+ Demonstrated success working in a complex, service-intensive, and deadline-driven environment.

+ Skilled at managing across projects and partnering on multi-faceted deployment programs.

+ Experience developing and presenting, impactful presentations that convey results.

+ Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders.

+ Consulting experience on OCM activities related to mergers and SAP implementations.

+ Significant experience in working with large technology and or digital implementations, example, ERP implementations, with multiple stakeholders and users, things like digital technologies driving a large digital initiative across commercial organization, digitize and allow customer to do more virtually.

+ Experience both working internally and externally with customer change, and ideally have worked with large global organizations and experienced in working across borders if needed, work will be in US and Canada, and initiative span the globe.

+ Experience in change management methodology.

+ Technologies: SAP shop, so any experience with SAP is ideal, although any large ERP systems have similar change requirements, core Microsoft office platforms.

+ Years of experience: Looking for large companies and global companies. Years: 10+ Demonstrated success in leading change. More than 5 years exp.

+ Methodologies: Pro-Sci approach, preferred, good fundamental OCM exp, stakeholder engagement/training and dev/hypercare and user support after implementation/adoption all important.

+ Digital Transformations ERP Projects: Large SAP implementation, moving off of antiquated ERP systems and moving to SAP, end goal is to get on Hannah. Customer Base is 60% small to medium manufacturing 40% is corporate accounts that are robust and use a lot of tools, trying to convert 60% to new tools in SAP.
