**Duration: 12+ months**



**Pay: $80.00 - $100.00/HOUR**





The Order to Cash process improvement Business Lead is an important role driving continuous improvement across the companys business processes and systems in Order to Cash process area. This individual will be principally be responsible for supporting the Global OTC Lead with the delivery of the OTC Roadmap, which includes both OTC Process and System Improvement Initiatives and Projects. In working closely with the Process Lead, the candidate will serve as the primary interface with the Financial Shared Services (FSS) operations teams and relevant business partners (e.g., Customer Services, Trade Operations) focusing on the entire process from beginning to end to understand their information needs and any challenges to ensure developed solutions are an excellent fit to their requirements. Acting as the end user representative the candidate will ensure practical solutions with real business benefit are delivered.



The role is in the Controllership function and reports to the Assoc. Director of Global Business Process for OTC.





Ideally this individual would have deep process and systems (i.e., Oracle OTC) expertise in the Order-to-Cash process area with Stakeholder Management and Project Management competencies. As this is a significant business interfacing role, excellent communications and interpersonal skills are a must.




Success in this position is actively and effectively engaging business partners and key stakeholders and be go-to person for IT to deliver on the initiatives identified as part of roadmap to achieve the overall vision for the Order to Cash processes.





**Specific Responsibility and Skills**






+ Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its business capabilities.

+ Manage requirements gathering/definition efforts to address business needs

+ Manage business process modelling activities

+ Develop the business case for finance/business process technical changes, innovation solutions and initiatives. With that, work closely with Operations and IT service delivery teams to understand investment and resource estimates, implementation plans/timelines and prioritization of key business process initiatives

+ Working with FSS Operations and business functions to ensure effective understanding of proposed solutions, management of scope, communications of output to delivery teams and expectation management

+ Ensure that proposed solutions are assessed for business fit and will deliver high quality user experience.

+ Ensure ease of engagement between Operations, Business Partners and IT contributing to high levels of end user satisfaction

+ Communicating regular status updates.

+ Strong experience in Business process analysis, Business process re-engineering, Requirements gathering and analysis, Process mapping with Oracle, Fit-Gap Analysis, Challenge workshops, and defining To-Be processes

+ Effectively manage process improvement projects and enhancements





**Essential Duties and Job Functions**




+ Assist the business in defining their requirements for IT solutions to business capability gaps, contribute to the development of business cases.

+ Document business and functional requirements through User-Requirement Specification, tech specifications, use cases, proof of concept etc.

+ Proactively plan, manage and support process improvement/project management lifecycle and key capabilities for planning & managing the various portfolios of business process improvement programs and projects

+ Develops roadmap to complete transition from "As is" to "To Be" and is accountable for driving the execution of IT changes.

+ Provide support to Operations and/or for Business/IT-enabled business process improvement initiatives/programs ensure smooth transition of business requirements to Operations/IT service delivery teams, as well as communication and regular status updates with business partners and operations

+ Assist/Directly oversee threads of transformation (i.e. pilot programs, project plan, change management, testing etc) evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes

+ Assist Operations/IT with the deployment, user acceptance and change management activities

+ Build effective relationships between business partners and the IT organization

+ Quickly gain a deep understanding of the processes that are underpinning key business partners metrics and goals and perform deep dive analysis on the data as needed.

+ Standardize the recording of process design workflows, solutions and models across key business partners processes

+ Creation of and maintenance of As-is and To-Be processes

+ Create and maintain documentation and records as they relate to business processes and interfacing IT systems

+ Ensure that all activities are in line with all of the companys Quality, Security and Compliance rules and policies.

+ Be Independent, collaborate with cross functional teams within the organization, influence them and manage their expectations

+ Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills

+ Experience in challenging the solution design and leading IT to ensure TO-BE processes are simple, standard and scalable

+ Ability to handle multiple projects

+ Ability to work with global teams, US, EMEA and APAC

+ Experienced in leading and supporting business during CRP, UAT, Cutover, go-live.

+ Possess excellent Inter-personal skills, carry a positive attitude and strong work ethic





**Knowledge and Experience**




+ Experience and/or understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes, database structures and system workflows. Expertise in Oracle EBS TCA (Trading Community Architecture), Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Accounts Receivables, sub-ledger accounting module desired but not essential.

+ Working knowledge of OTC process change impacts to PTM processes

+ 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, Continuous improvement projects.

+ 10+ years of combined experience in Supply Chain, Finance and IT organizations. In IT, the experience should include business engagement during implementations/CI.

+ Minimum BA or BS degree.

+ Strong understanding of the Order to Cash process.

+ Strong understanding of Oracle Financials Suite and its workings with OTC processes

+ Understanding of management reporting tools (OBIEE, Tableau)

+ Experience in working with global projects and teams

+ Strong presentation and communication skills. Strong PowerPoint skills is a must.
