Kelly Services is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to work as Packers for a premier client in the St. Charles Area. Our client is a premier manufacturer of food packaging supplies. If you are looking to work in an environment that is offering paid training, has a climate controlled environment, is dust free and clean, this is the job for you. Tour the facility before starting, we want to make sure its a good fit for you before you start working!

- Receive an increase after 30 days and at 90 days of working as a temporary employee

- Get hired within 3 months and the rate will go up to $14.77 upon hire

- Work 15 days per month!

- Over-time Available every week!

Packers Job Description:

- Removes product from machines and puts in boxes.

- Conducts quality checks while packing and notifies operato14.77r of any problems

- Stop machines when the machine is producing off quality product

- Insures that bags and other supplies are correct when restocking

- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.

- Wraps full pallet with stretch wrap and places completed load tag on the pallet.


- Previous machine operator or Line attendant experience preferred but not required.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

- Must be able to lift 50lbs

- Must be able to stand, bend, squat for a 12 hour shift

- 3 months plus of related work experience in manufacturing.

Terms: Temporary-to-hire after 90 days based on attendance and performance

Pay-rate: $11.00 per hour and receive a $.50 increase after 30 days and $1.00 increase after 90 days based upon performance! Pay is $14.77/hour for 12-hour shift upon full time hire by our client in 90 days!!

Shifts: Work 15 Days per Month! - 12 hour shifts, 7:00 am to 7pm or 7pm to 7:00 am, 3-1/2 days per week. This is full time work (42+ hours per week) and you get 3 days off every week. Hours include working every other weekend.
