Description **Job Description**

Computer literacy and competency

- Communicate via email whenever possible

- Search the internet independently and securely

- Use and submit internal forms electronically

- Pay bills electronically for vendors that have e-payment

- Request checks through bank-s secure bill-pay system and enter in accounting system.

Ability to file documents accurately

- File paid bills

- File time sheets

- File bank statements

- Assist in audit preparation

Willingness to take on new projects and learn new procedures

- Be open to more efficient ways of performing duties

**Requirements**

Experience with QuickBooks

- Enter and pay bills

- Reconcile bank statements

- Enter checking account activity for programs that have their own checking accounts

Experience with Word and Excel

- Generate and/or use forms and memos; use spreadsheets to provide financial information as requested; know how to print forms and spreadsheets.

**Highlights**

Pay rate: $20/HR Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.
