Description **Participant Support Coordinator - Mesa, AZ**

Every day Kelly Scientific Resources (KSR) connects scientific professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Participant Support Coordinator to work with an establish company in Mesa, AZ.


Coordinator must be willing to work a shift schedule, with advance notice, to include occasional weekday early evenings (5-7:30 PM) and/or Saturday mornings (8-12 PM)

**Responsibilities:**


+ Provides services for callers, many of whom are prospective program participants providers seeking education about the program, initial assessment of eligibility, determination of location preferences and scheduling program visits, answer questions from the public, and provide referrals for other services as deemed needed.
+ Determines eligibility of program participants, prepares necessary documentation for participation in program, shares clear information regarding next steps for callers.
+ Schedules program visits using scheduling applications based on staff and room availability.
+ Assembles information; prepares reports and data regarding program metrics.
+ Maintain performance standards consistent with Principal Investigator expectations and in alignment with national and local program standards and scripts.
+ Promotes program following guidance of program communications staff, helping with distribution of newsletters, flyers, and social media posting.
+ Participate in meetings and committees to implement plans and identify additional collaborative opportunities for promoting the program, attends and promotes the program at in-person informational events.
+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
**Minimum Requirements:**


+ Bachelors degree in life science field
+ 2-6 years of experience in the clinical field
+ 1-2 years of customer service experience
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
