Our Client is seeking a PC Technician who will be responsible for ensuring that client related technical issues are resolved in a quick and proper manner. This position will require significant interaction with White-Glove internal clients, IT associates, and third-party service providers. Position requires a dedication towards service, quality, and customer satisfaction.


- IT Service Desk Technician (100% ONSITE - Monday - Friday)

- IT Hours: 8-5 (M-F) potential OT

-Must be professional and a good cultural fit

-Experience with C level desk side support a must

-Willing to be agile (moving from one situation/escalation to the next)

-Very consistent and fast pace environment

-Desk support level 2 a must; preferable experience/skills with video conferencing (ie MS Team, WebEx; Logictex)

-Ability to trouble shoot effectively and communicate issues in a customer friendly manner

-Desk Side Support with Windows/Mac required

-Must be professional and presentable

-Must be flexible and able to hit the ground running

-Must have excellent verbal and written skills.

Excellent knowledge of systems and hardware, database software applications and networking systems and procedures including knowledge of mobile device support (iPhone, iPad), Mobile Applications and Mobile Device Management, iOS and Mac OSX

PC, Mac, Active Directory, LDAP,

Experience supporting C Level Executives

Office 365

Must have strong collaboration, organizational, time management skills, and ability to work independently under limited supervision

Able to multi-task with strong communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as good interpersonal skills

Minimum 5 years experience in an IT service desk environment providing technical support to a remote user base via telephone, face to face and remote desktop/management tools

**Education:** 4 year degree preferred

+ **There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.**
