**Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Team Lead Tonganoxie, KS**


**Job Description:** The Team Lead is responsible for the oversight and organization of internal and client related aseptic manufacturing projects.


**Details:**


+ Direct Hire

+ Monday Friday 8am 5pm

+ $60,000- $70,000 per year with Benefits


**Responsibilities:**


+ Oversee the scheduling of daily activities for projects.

+ Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate activities and deliverables to ensure the safety and reliability of products produced, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.

+ Assist in the resolution of routine and non-routine technical problems and compliance gaps.

+ Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers, peers, and direct reports to facilitate project activities.

+ Interpret applicable quality and regulatory requirements and develop associated policies and procedures.

+ Trains and coaches staff on technical skills, personal development, and performance management.

+ Works to improve and reinforce performance of others.

+ Takes responsibility for ones direct reports performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring constructive feedback, addressing performance problems, and focusing on career development.

+ Responsibilities of a manufacturing operator and other tasks assigned.


**Requirements:**


+ Bachelor's degree in Science field or Equivalent Experience

+ 3-5 years of Experience

+ Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization or while representing the organization

+ Maintain thorough understanding of aseptic processes, cGMP, processing equipment, manufacturing techniques

+ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite


**Skills:**


+ Aseptic experience in manual fills, and automated fills.

+ Ability to prioritize and schedule to meet project turnaround time.

+ Ability to work effectively under pressure.

+ Acts accordingly to the standards of ethics and integrity.

+ Must be able to work with most/all cleanroom equipment, fill lines

+ Excellent time management skills which include the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, while achieving different deadlines.


Must be available on-call which can include weekends and holidays.
