**Pharmaceutical Technician- Round Rock, TX**


The Pharmaceutical Technician assists the Manufacturing Chemist in the production and process-development responsibilities related to the manufacture of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients in a cGMP environment.


Job Responsibilities:


+ Maintain production duties as scheduled by Manufacturing Chemist

+ Perform product sampling

+ Ensure proper GMP documentation

+ Maintain a clean work area

+ Ensure all safety programs are adhered to

+ Assist in process development projects as needed

+ Perform facility cleaning

+ Perform equipment cleaning

+ Perform Operational Qualifications for GMP equipment

+ Proactively ensure equipment is maintained to minimize disruption to production schedules

+ Assist in raw material and GMP supplies inventory control


**Job Requirements:**


+ Candidate must have a minimum of an Associate Degree in a science discipline or 2 years relevant work experience.

+ Bachelor degree in science is preferred (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biotechnology) or related field

+ Experience with large scale Chemistry and cGMP operations are preferred

+ Effective written and verbal English communication skills required

+ Drug Screen and DEA Background check required

+ Day and Night Shifts available
