**Pharmacovigilance Audit Coordinator**

King of Prussia, PA

6 Month Contract Likelihood to be extended, possible to convert to permanent

Monday-Friday Dayshift

**Job Duties**

+ Assists in all audit preparation activities, including the development of a CAPA plan.

+ Responsible for the inclusion of audit responses in Trackwise.

+ Responsible for the close out of any audit action items.

+ Interaction with PV QA and/or 3rd Party Service Providers to address and close-out audit

findings to ensure compliance.

+ Responsible to ensure Trackwise due dates are met.


+ The Pharmacovigilance Associate requires a BA/BS degree (prefer Life Science) or higher and at least 2 years (highly preferred) of experience in pharmacovigilance, regulatory, quality assurance or a related field regulated by the FDA

+ Knowledge of Auditing and drug safety within pharmaceuticals

+ Very strong writing and editing skills

+ Strong knowledge of drug development

+ Very strong proficiency in (FDA, ICH, GCP, and GMP) guidelines

+ Experience with international pharmacovigilance guidelines is preferred

+ About 10-15% travel can be expected
