Description **Pharmacovigilance Coordinator**

Kelly Services is seeking a **Pharmacovigilance Coordinator** for a contract assignment **in Cambridge, MA** budgeted **through the end of this year** . This is an entry level administrative role with the opportunity to learn and develop within the Pharmacovigilance team. The PV Coordinator supports the PV Operations group by supporting Affiliate and Distributor (A& D) and Global Case Processing (GCM) routine activities.

Job duties:

• Managing documentation

• Maintaining contact lists

• Supporting meeting logistics

• Granting system access

• Supporting ad hoc regulatory responses

• Archiving documents

• Logistical support

• Assisting with ongoing training

• Participating in QC of documents and other tasks as assigned

• Assists with inspection readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and archived, maintaining archive sites, and conducting other activities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree, recent Masters or Masters in progress in biologic or natural science

• Minimum 6 months to one year pharmacovigilance industry experience

• Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve reporting issues

• Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as a part of larger team

• Ability to identify, communicate, and provide solutions for areas of improvement
