Kelly Services has a part time contract assignment with no end date as a **Program Coordinator** with a college in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The pay rate is $25.30. If you are looking to put your coordinating and managing projects experience to work this part time position is the job for you!



The Program Coordinator works with members of the pre-apprenticeship team to develop program goals, track outcomes and guide students through the program. The position will begin working remote until the campus is fully opened.



TYPICAL DUTIES:



1. Coordinates Informational Meetings for students to educate students on the pre-apprenticeship program.



2. Coordinates student service activities including, but not limited to, admissions, placement testing, counseling, and enrollment.



3. Tacking student progress through the pre-apprenticeship program, working alongside apprenticeship coordinator upon student completion of pre-apprenticeship program.



4. Coordinates pre-apprenticeship orientation, scheduling, and program celebration.



5. Establishes relationships with key stakeholders to promote the program.



6. Liaisons with businesses, industry, and other staff to recruit employers to place student who complete the program in employment/apprenticeship.



7. Maintains all fiscal information relating to programs; works with manager to prepare and monitor program budget; recommends program fees.



8. Initiates invoices to staff; prepares and analyzes programs financial records for various reports; submits reports.



9. Coordinates program assessment and evaluation to determine effectiveness; follows up with recommendations for improvement of future programs.



10. Assists with marketing of programs; develops content and coordinates the development and production of marketing materials, both electronic and print; selects target groups for marketing.



11. Coordinates registration process for programs; attends programs to solve problems with registration, room schedule, etc.; schedules courses accordingly; acquires all necessary supplies and equipment.



12. Performs additional duties, as assigned.



13. Ability to work additional hours, as needed.



KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:



Highly Organized



Ability to work as a team player in a multi-cultural diverse working environment

Ability to think critically and problem solve



Skill in both written and verbal communications



Skill in developing business and industry contact



Organizational skills



MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Technical Education, Educational Administration, Business or related field preferred.



EXPERIENCE: A minimum three years work experience in business/industry/education in program/project coordination.



An Associates degree in Technical Education, Educational Administration, Business or related field and 5-7 years work experience will also be considered to meet minimum education and experience.
