Kelly Science & Clinical is currently seeking a **PK Assay Development Scientist** a long term, full time opportunity with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients in Spring House PA.


This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Inc. This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. This is a technical position in Pharmacokinetics (PK) Assay Development within the Bioanalytical Sciences group. This group is responsible for developing, validating, and conducting bioanalytical methods related to large molecule biotherapeutic drug development across all therapeutic areas of spanning nonclinical studies to post-market clinical development.


The primary responsibility for this position will be to develop immunological methods for supporting nonclinical and clinical PK studies under GLP guidelines.

Additional responsibilities include assay trouble shooting, development of new technology platform, and assay automation.


**Qualifications**

Bachelors degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline with 1-2 years of experience.

Strong technical expertise and direct experience in a variety of bioanalytical methods (ELISA, ECLIA) using different immunological and biochemical platforms, such as MSD, Gyros, Singulex, or other platforms and familiarity with any automation platforms are preferred.

PK assay development experience such as antibody pair selection for an immunoassay.

Ability to work with human and animal blood specimens.

Excellent record keeping, SOP writing, communication skills, and a customer-oriented mind set.

Working knowledge of or experience with electronic laboratory notebooks and electronic inventory software would be ideal.

Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking skills and work under tight timelines in a team environment.

Previous experience with tissue homogenization processing for analysis of therapeutics and/or biomarkers is highly preferred.
