Job Title: Planner, Recalls and Campaign Administration

Location: Smyrna, TN.

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

Pay rate: $31/hr.

**Job Summary**

Supports recall and service campaign team, ensuring timely launch and tracking of all related activities including coordination with associate and affiliate distributors and internal NNA groups. Planner is also responsible for participating in meetings, organizing and maintaining campaign status and related records as well as regional or dealer communications and question and answer documents. This position will be supervised by the Sr. Planner, Campaigns and Recalls and may receive daily direction from them.

**Job Functions**

1. Assists dealer and regional personnel with campaign and recall completions by providing solutions as appropriate.

2. Creates and maintains weekly campaign implementation meeting agendas and recurring regional timeline mailing schedule, agenda, and topics for campaign manager.

3. Maintains campaign tracking tools, such as communications log, zip code database, VIN lists, warranty claims databases, campaign manager database, Takata used car files or other ad hoc reporting as required.

4. Creates and develops PowerPoint presentations on campaign related topics for distribution internally and externally. Audiences include, but are not limited to regional personnel, dealer advisory boards (DAB), government agencies, and Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) leadership.

1. Assists with or creates initial draft of campaign communications including owner letter, NNA field staff/dealer announcements, dealer inventory lists, and Q&A documents for both Nissan and INFINITI brands.

1. Assists recalls and campaigns team with completing campaign support tasks.

2. Attend and participate in weekly campaign meetings.

3. Supports special improvement projects and programs related to recall and service campaigns.

4. Maintains records and archives for campaign documentation and reports.

5. Benchmarks NNA campaign and recall communications and regional support activities with other automakers and recommends enhancements as needed.

6. Provide backup for campaign launch or after-launch support when key personnel are out of office.

7. As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

**Minimum Qualifications**

_The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant._

1. Job Knowledge and Skill: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail along with excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and across multiple departments to influence action and change without direct authority. Excellent organization and planning skills; self-starting. Basic knowledge of regional structure, dealer service operations, warranty policies, and parts of automobiles or willingness to learn.

2. Experience: 3-6 years of related experience at a professional level.

3. Education: Bachelors degree. Consider equivalent related experience, or seminars and in-house classroom training.

4. Computer Skills: Thorough computer knowledge such as word processor, excel spreadsheet, database and other PC applications, or mainframe applications to resolve complex problems in day-to-day situations.
