**Job Title:** Policy Administration

**Location:** Franklin, TN- **1 day ONSITE and 4 days remote**

**Schedule:** Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

**Pay Rate:** $25/hr.

**Duration:** Long- Term, No End Date

The following job function statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed. + Operates Policy Admin inbox to communicate with vendors, customers, and dealers on various requests.

+ Process and respond to transfer, and cancellation requests via mail and email as needed.

+ Responsible for training dealers, regions, and supplier personnel on all aspects of the VSC/Pre-Paid Maintenance/Ancillary business.

+ Identifies and resolves erroneous contract entries through daily reporting and back feed file uploads.

+ Submits manual NVA debit and credits to ensure accurate dealer billing.

+ Processes void/stops and disburses funds to customers, dealers, and lienholders

+ Handles ancillary product additions and dealer pack setups/adjustments

+ Provides PCRS system modification or testing related support as needed.

+ Work with interdepartmental groups to process manual system entries as needed.

+ Develops and maintains training materials such as the Quick Reference Guide and the Assurance Products Resource Manual to support the field and dealers.

+ Work with Consumer Affairs to resolve escalated customer issues.

+ Handle inbound email request from dealers and resolve issues as necessary.

+ Receive incoming and make outgoing phone calls to dealers and customers to train and handle escalated policy concerns or issues

+ Process cancellations for dealers, consumer affairs and customers.

**Minimum Qualifications**

**Job Skill and Knowledge:**

Strong technical know-how and troubleshooting skills; oral, written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking and organizational skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; ability to multi-task, pro-active approach to tasks; possess a general understanding of the Vehicle Service Contract business.


+ Bachelors degree in a related discipline. Consider equivalent related college or technical courses, related seminars, and in-house classroom training.


+ Minimum of 2 years of directly related professional-level experience from a Customer Service or Technical Support background and a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales capacity. Preferable sales experience would be from within the automobile industry or other related industries.

**Technical Knowledge:**

+ Must poses advanced computer knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.
