Kelly is hiring a Preventative Maintenance Supervisor (remote) . Our client is the leader in high-end automated coffee and espresso machines. You can find their Commercial Coffee equipment in Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and more.

**Direct Hire**

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Rate: $78K


**Responsibilities:**

To supervise, foster growth, and development to customer care representatives to provide our customers timely and efficient preventative maintenance of their coffee equipment. Support sales in managing customer expectations by

ensuring scheduled preventative maintenance is done on-time; maintaining equipment lifecycle and reducing downtime for our customers.???????


Supervises and develop a team of agents to engage external service partners to effectively and timely schedule and execute preventative maintenance contracts.

Closely align with internal technicians planning and execution team to utilize internal and external resources in an optimal way (financially and timely).

Responsible for employee life cycle including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of the individuals and team.

Ensure staff understands and comply with all preventative maintenance objectives, performance standards, and policies while inspiring and motivating team members to drive efficiencies and increase quality.

Accountable to manage PM schedules and PM parts inventory.

Align closely based on the forecast/demand in inventory and resources with the Director of Field Service (Capacity and execution by service vendors) and manager of internal technicians.

Provide weekly and monthly PM progress reports to internal management and external customers and ensures the costs are in line with expectations.

Attend and host regular preventative maintenance calls with customers and service vendors.

Follow up and build relationships with service vendors to ensure PM maintenance is on track and identify challenges.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.


**Qualifications:**

2+ years experience leading teams in a KPI managed environment, driving consistency and team work.

3-5 years of experience in a customer service focused position, constant assignment of roles within the team to ensure best possible utilization of the staff, KPI development and adherence, and workforce management.

Strong leadership skills demonstrated in either an individual contributor role where leadership skills were needed or in a supervisory position.

Routine success in deescalating customers in high pressure environments. Ability to teach this skill is a plus!

Excellent problem resolution skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient with technology, software applications, especially MS Office programs, and phone systems.

Ability to coach, train, motivate employees, and evaluate their performance

Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP software is highly preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
