**Schedule:** Monday- Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM

**Pay Rate** : $18.00 to $18.50 per hour


**Day to Day Responsibilities for a** **Print Management First Responder** **:**


+ Responsible for the daily support of site-specific network and workstation printers.

+ Responds to customer requests for technical support and training with the focus being on customer service.

+ Documents all service calls and requests using company software Trac and escalates serious problems to a Customer Service Technician and, as necessary, to the Integrated Account Manager.

+ Works to ensure that the service level agreements between the customer and company are achieved. In addition, responsibilities may include the procurement of printer hardware and the management of an on-site parts/consumables inventory.

+ Daily support of network and workstation printers.

+ Responds to customer support requests and ensures that they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.

+ Escalates problems to a technician as necessary.

+ Keeps the customer up to date on the progress of problem resolution.

+ Provides end users with detailed remote access knowledge and documents complete trouble shooting information.

+ Provides regular account updates, to include information on fleet status and performance, to the Printer Fleet Manager or Integrated Account Manager.

+ Manages on-site hardware & consumables inventory.

+ Manages printer procurement as required by the customer.

+ Manages printer hot swap inventory.

+ Documents and reports all fleet meter reads.

+ Maintains printer fleet tools/databases.


**Requirements:**


+ High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education helpful

+ IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support).

+ Technical Training & Certifications: HP Certifications (other site-specific certifications may be required as necessary)

+ Looking for someone who is outgoing and not afraid to take action.

+ Good customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively

+ Good PC and mathematical skills

+ Ability to use logic and reasoning to determine approaches to problems

+ This person will need to be able to talk professionally to the customer and explain the situation that is going on with the company device.

+ Someone is who self-motivated would be good in this position as you are working independently.

+ Will be walking the hospital to locate the device that either needed the toner or needed to be fixed.

+ Should never have to lift over 50 lbs.

+ The only time they would need to drive is if they had to respond to a ticket at NE Heart or backup another First Responder. They would be responsible for their own vehicle and would be reimbursed for their mileage.

+ The dress code for this position is business casual. That does not include jeans and T-shirts. Must wear collar shirt and clean clothes. No sandals or flip flops are allowed must be closed toe shoes.
