Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Process Development Technician I** in Andover, MA to work a contract assignment of 6 months for one of our top clients. The fift runs from 6am to 6pm on rotating days and the salary is negotiable based on experience ($17-23/hr). Kelly is a full service workforce solutions provider to 98% of the Fortune 100™ companies. **Primary Responsibilities of the Process Development Technician I includes:**

- Executes routine manufacturing activities including Purification, Cell Culture, solution formulation, and/or equipment preparation (set-up, CIP, SIP, and/or equipment builds).

- Collaborating with outside groups as needed.

- Reporting issues or process deviations to the on-shift engineers and/or manager.

- Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Must be compliant with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

- Must be able to work in teams.

- Daily routine may require moving heavy equipment, standing for long periods of time, and/or significant walking throughout the suite including up and down stairs.

- Requires the moving of heavy equipment and the ability to lift ~50 pounds

- The incumbent needs to take the necessary safety precautions when working with pressurized systems, steam, and corrosive chemicals.

**Education and Experience Requirement of the Process Development Technician I includes** :

0-3 years of experience.

Previous experience in the biotechnology field is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in a science (chemistry, biology, physics, etc.), engineering (chemical, electrical, biotechnology, etc.), or math preferred but not required.

**Additional Information:**


+ Contract assignment, duration 6 months.
+ Work schedule: full-time, 6am - 6pm on rotating days
+ Pay Rate: Negotiable based on experience (Range= $17-23/hr)
