Kelly Services is seeking a Process Engineer (BPM) for our well-known client in the **Biotechnology industry** **.** The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Business-related field, MBA preferred with Eight (8) or more years of combined experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment in the areas of process and project management, process modeling, enterprise system management and continuous / process improvement. **This is a 6-month contract role with a possibility of extension.**

**Job Description**



**Purpose:**



The BPM System and Framework Lead is responsible to support the digital ways of working for the processes and performance management at Biogen through the management of myBPM System (ARIS). The BPM System and Framework Lead will ensure a consistent, scalable and repeatable approach to process modeling, methodology, and training across the enterprise. This will include guiding the Business Process Modelers, Business Process Owners and Process Content Managers in following the standards of BPMN and content management of all GxP and Non-GxP processes at the enterprise. The main role of this position will be ensuring that myBPM (ARIS) is used consistently across all process models management within the system.


Principal Accountabilities




+ Lead the implementation and sustainment of the BPM System Solution (myBPM/ARIS) as System Lead and Gatekeeper

+ Ensure consistent use of myBPM/ARIS tool and standards across processes (BPMN)

+ Responsible for aligning with other Process Team members, Project Managers, and Program leads

+ Responsible for Process Model management: Attribute, Symbols, Model Names, Object Names, etc.

+ Responsible for the Filters, Templates, and Object Libraries in the system.

+ Lead the implementation and sustainment of the BPM System Solution (myBPM/ARIS) as Framework Lead

+ Responsible for the Biogen Enterprise Process Classification Framework (PCF), its connections, and its updates

+ Responsible for Function tree and Value-Added Chain Diagram (VACD) management

+ Ensure all business processes connect to the Process Classification Framework (PCF) in order to build an end to end process framework

+ Support the development of the culture/behaviors adoption needed to implement and sustain the BPM Capability within PO&T

+ Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance, and use of the BPM IT solution tool (myBPM/ARIS)

+ Support the BPM Processes and Procedures

+ Provide support to the BPM Framework, business models and document simplification strategies

+ Identify areas of opportunity and gaps as part of the BPM Program and the PO&T Continuous Improvement Plan.

+ Assist in the development of business cases to support the implementation of BPM solutions

+ Integrate BPM solutions with ongoing projects or processes as appropriate

+ Implement BPM Program

+ Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of BPMS within PO&T

+ Assist with training of Process Modelers and Process owners on the myBPM/ARIS tool

+ Support the Data Analytics business processes through KPI development, data acquisition, and dashboard publishing

+ Support the development of the culture/behaviors adoption needed to implement and sustain the BPM Capability within PO&T)

+ Monitor BPM Installation

+ Assist leaders with monitoring and reporting progress on BPM Processes implementations

+ Assist in the development and communicate of BPM metrics/dashboards

+ Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance and use of the BPM IT solution tool (myBPM/ARIS)





**Qualifications**




+ Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Business-related field, MBA preferred.

+ Eight (8) or more years of combined experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment in the areas of process and project management, process modeling, enterprise system management and continuous / process improvement.
