**Rate DOE - Salary $70K-120K**


+ Basically they will be building the quality process from scratch and coming up with all the process and manuals to implement.
+ They will need to come up with a functional schedule for the floor and production.
+ Requires someone that has worked in a small - startup company and has put together programs and processes.
**Most important skills**

1. Project Management abilities

2. ISO environment experience

3. Ability to write and come up with brand new process and procedures and write the manuals

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Develop and implement Operations procedures, processes and technological solutions to meet product line cost targets for existing products.
+ Partner with Product Development to do the same for new products.
+ Write and conduct as appropriate Work Instructions, PM Plans, Engineering Studies, qualifications and process validations IQ, OQ, PQ . and Installation Qualification IQ , Operational Qualification OQ , and Performance Qualification PQ protocols.
+ Use statistical techniques to measure, evaluate, and optimize raw components, assemblies, finished goods and operations processes GR R, SPC, Capability analysis, DOE, etc .
+ Manage Non-Conforming Material Reports NCMRs, Corrective and Preventive Actions CAPAs and aid in complaint investigations from beginning to end.
+ Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives Partner with Quality to ensure all manufacturing deliverables
**QUALIFICATIONS:**


+ A Bachelor s of Science in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
+ ISO experience and a PMP if possible
+ Applied statistics training and experience
+ Works with moderate oversight
**COMPETENCIES:**


+ Healthy sense of urgency.
+ Deadlines are key.
+ Effective time management, task and priority prioritization
+ Excellent problem solving skills from initiation to completion
+ Ability to weigh costs vs. benefits of methodologies and solutions
+ Expert Microsoft Word and Excel skills
+ Work with minimal to moderate supervision
+ Commitment to following documented processes and procedures
+ Ability to work effectively and professionally in collaborative team settings.
+ Familiarity with email-usage
+ Ability to work within internet-based and internally-based software
