Process Engineer

**Principal Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Utilize lean manufacturing ideology to design and execute innovative floor plans for various cells

+ Determine labor standards using statistical analysis and mathematical calculations

+ Evaluate trends in production data and present recommended actions

+ Professionally document processes to provide visibility into manufacturing activities

+ Review existing processes and propose creative solutions for improvement

+ Maintain schedules to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget

+ Evaluate and enhance the ergonomics of workplace operations

+ Promote and maintain a safe manufacturing environment

**Job Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering

+ AT LEAST 2-years of relevant manufacturing experience required

+ Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts

+ Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) required

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Green Belt preferred
