Description **Process Improvement Leader**

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Process Improvement Leader for one of our top clients in Lititz, PA.


General Summary:

+ Responsible for leading and supporting the continuous improvement process for the site in order to reduce process wastes and improve plant efficiency.
+ The position should influence the BU s on the best practices implementation in order to create a more robust and reliable processes.
Duties Responsibilities:

+ Lead programs and initiatives across the Site that drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
+ Responsible for business assessments preparation like: Lean assessments, TPM and ME2 assessments, Housekeeping Assessments.
+ Action plans preparation for the site to cover Lean thinking, Six Sigma, TPM/ME2, housekeeping movements.
+ Establishes individual department goals based on business plan.
+ Training materials development based on the plant needs.
+ Train and coach people Salaried and Waged on improvement tools as follow: Lean Thinking, Total Productive Maintenance, Manufacturing Equipment Excellence, Six Sigma, Problem Solving and 5S.
+ Support projects assigned to Green Belts and Black Belts.
+ Work on specific assigned projects.

+ Seek prompt identification, reporting and correction of deviations in the workplace as noted by employees.
IV. Requirements:


+ University/Bachelor s degree or equivalent.

+ Should have experience on Lean thinking, Six Sigma, TPM/ME. Should have plant experience.
+ Generally requires 4 years of related experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Lean Thinking, Six Sigma, TPM and Housekeeping.
+ Leadership through influence. Planning and communication skills.
+ Certifications/Licenses: Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt / Green Belt Certified Other Requirements: V. Approvals:
