Every day, Kelly Services connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting 6+ month, long term contract opportunity as a Process Manager (pharmaceutical manufacturing) for a top fortune 500 company in West Chester OH.


**Title:** Process Manager (pharmaceutical manufacturing)


**Duration:** 6+ months


**Location:** West Chester OH


**Shift:** 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 (meaning 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.) rotating schedule. The first couple of months would be a normal Monday-Friday schedule, but ultimately will be on the 2-2-3 schedule


**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**


+ Oversee the use of equipment and materials to produce quality products in accordance with the Process Execution Team Plan or Rhythm Wheel.

+ Plan, organize and recommend strategies in accordance with all specifications.

+ Promote the use of safe work practices during all aspects of production and ensures all external and client SHE standards are met daily.

+ Accountable for training personnel on equipment, processes and Standard Operating Procedures.

+ Ensures that cGMPs are used and followed during production of products so that all FDA and international regulations are met.

+ Ensures proper documentation practices are maintained consistently to company standards in manufacturing documents, training documentation, production logs and so on.

+ Authors, reviews, and approves Standard Operating Procedures and other documents to ensure integration of cGMPs and improve process efficiencies.

+ Promotes and encourages continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, production, and safety using team driven processes and key performance indicators and recognition and rewarding high performance.

+ Collaborates with OE Engineers & PET Engineers to optimize process performance.

+ Participates in the design, selection, installation and qualification of new equipment, facilities, and processes.

+ Reviews, approves, and implements change control.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment

+ Candidate should possess the ability to work in a changing/demanding environment

+ Knowledge of Aseptic Processing is preferred.

+ Worked in a project environment as a leader.


**Qualifications:**


+ Strong communication and leadership skills.

+ Problem solving skills

+ Preferred Background:

+ Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP, Trackwise

+ Training or experience in formulation, filling, packaging, validation, technology transfer, change control.

+ Knowledge or previous experience in managing technical programs/projects

+ Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

+ Ability to direct and participate in cross-functional team.

+ Project management skills.


**Education / Experience:**


+ Bachelors Degree

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in production environment.
