Procurement Administrator needed in Temple Terrace, FL area - This is a temp-to-hire position with a stable and growing company that offers fair payrates and benefits.

Hours: Full-time from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday


Payrate: $19.00/hr.


The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for the purchasing and quoting of computer related equipment and services to existing clients. This is not a selling position. They will be responsible for managing the logistics of shipping computer devices and peripherals in accordance to service and project tickets. This is in office position, not remote.


**Job Description:**


+ Prepares and follows up on customer quotes

+ Purchasing of customer and company order requests

+ Researches computer related equipment

+ Managing tickets for repair and service - document tickets and update status to ensure ticket is progressing.

+ Manage logistics of equipment - Create shipping labels and track equipment

+ Packing, shipping/receiving equipment

+ Inventory management

+ Improve work processes for better efficiency

+ Assist with workflows and project management

+ Liaise, negotiates, and forms relationships with vendors and customers

+ Manages vendor and manufacturer rebate programs to ensure company receives best pricing

+ Makes wellness calls to customers

+ Work related errands

+ Any other related duties


**Skills:**


+ Inclination and craving to learn computer related items and services


+ Highly organized and attention to detail is a must to succeed

+ Aptitude for computers and the IT industry

+ Resourceful with initiative and go getter attitude

+ Highly adaptable and flexible to change


**Requirements:**


+ 1-2 years of prior office experience

+ Some basic knowledge of computing components is preferred

+ Must be computer proficient especially Microsoft office

+ Ability to type at least 50wpm

+ Physically fit to move and lift equipment up to 40lbs
