Direct Hire Opportunity - Salary Range: $120,000 $140,000 University Degree (BA degree) required. Education requirements can be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience APICS Certification (or equivalent) required. Established knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements and their application in the manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Oracle Planning systems / set-up including Advanced Supply Chain Planning Systems. Able to work across matrix organizations to deliver results. Bachelors degree plus 5 - 8 years of work experience in similar field within the medical device industry. Demonstrated performance in inventory planning, production planning / scheduling and use of Oracle (or ERP) planning system required. **Responsibilities:**

Responsible for leading all aspects of the Procurement and Production Planning efforts for the functional sites assigned. This position may have more than one factory responsibility. The position reports to Plant Leadership. The position has a dotted line reporting relationship into the Global Supply Chain Planning Leader. The position closely interfaces with the Master Schedulers to manage capacity and identify constraints within the site. Keenly focused on inventory optimization and collaboration with the Inventory Manager to achieve class leading results for all key inventory measurements. Leads local efforts to support Lean manufacturing efforts in materials management as well as supporting the factory efforts. Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement. This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site). Ensure a pipeline of local talent for short term and long term career development for buyers and planners. Actively utilizes development plans and goal setting to build skills and address opportunities. Responsible for working with appropriate data management functions to ensure proper and adequate Oracle planning attributes are employed (i.e. Manufacturing Lead-times, Bill of Routings). Closely collaborate with factory staff to drive lean principles into factory level materials management. Manages inventory to RAW and WIP turns goals for their site. Optimize planning throughout the factory to include raw materials, WIP and subassemblies to meet or exceed all Supply Chain KPIs. Key Internal and External Relationships: Critical to success in the position requires relationships with other Materials Managers, Plant Leaders, Global Procurement, and Global Supply Chain Planning. This position is required to comply with all applicable practices and documented procedures. Failure to act ethically and within company guidelines on ethics could affect company image and create bias. Failure to follow process and meet goals could impact customer service levels, affect the companys ability to sustain or grow sales, and have negative implications on working capital. Impact and Scope: Manages resources supporting functional responsibilities. Ability to work through others including dotted line reporting responsibilities. Works with minimal, day-to-day supervision


The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm
