Description Kelly Services, Inc. is happy to exclusively present a contract opportunity for a **Product Quality Champion** at Dow Chemical in **Auburn, MI** .

We are hiring **_two_** qualified IT Help Desk candidates for this role!


+ Do you have minimum 1-3 years of relevant corporate experience handling Customer Complaints?

+ Do you have experience with analyzing data and assisting IT customers gathering information in a help desk-like capacity?
+ **SAP knowledge is a bonus** !? (Can train if you have had _exposure_ !)
+ This long term contract will be Initially 6 months, and renewable after that.
+ M-F 8am-5pm
+ **$18.00-$20.00/hr** pay rate based on Experience
The **Product Quality Champion** will write the qualified response to help customer service professional stay on track in providing on time responses to external Dow customers.

The **Product Quality Champion’s** work within Dow’s SAP business quality system with duties like:


+ Track open quality complaints ensuring that responses to complaints are sent on time and that tasks get closed out.
+ Work with sites M&E contacts and BQCs to ensure that customer complaints are investigated in a timely manner.
+ Consolidate feedback from M&E into a high quality, initial complaints response for customers, outlining a containment actions required.
+ Follow up with any additional customer communication as required.
+ Ensure that and corrective and preventative actions are documented and assigned appropriately.
+ Follow up and escalate any complaints that do not have customer communication tasks closed within the required time frame.
**_Skills / Experience_**


+ Customer Interaction
+ Good communicator (written and verbal)
+ Good IT skills, SAP skills would be a bonus.
+ Experience analyzing data.
**_Need:_**

• Associates Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology; OR Equivalent Work Experience
