Pay Rate - $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule - 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday

**Product Support Coordinator**

A post-sales function responsible for ensuring "best-in-class" repair services and products to support both our internal business partners and external customers in a call center environment, providing timely support to customers while simultaneously entering data into a global complaints and service & repair systems. Provides product and basic technical support in a positive and professional manner to customers.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

+ Answer incoming calls and emails from customers (internal and external) requesting repair services, equipment exchange or loaner equipment.

+ Properly documents product complaints, work orders, service requests and inquiries generated by customers in complaint management and service/repair systems.

+ Issues Return Goods Authorizations to return reported product for service and/or exchanges.

+ Responsible for coordinating delivery service for emergency deliveries.

+ Develop and maintain advanced level knowledge of assigned product portfolio and service lines.

+ Initiates service-related agreements, tracks and provides follow up for customers on overdue equipment.

+ Stays up to date on and follows, all procedures related to the job which can affect the quality of products and services provided to customers.

+ Reviews daily routine reports for accuracy of data entry.

+ Contacts customers as follow up to open Return Goods Authorizations.

+ Provides weekly updates of all open work orders and RGAs in order to properly close out any aged requests.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Minimum of 3 years, progressively, successful customer service track record in a manufacturing/technical product environment.

+ High School Diploma

+ Possesses intermediate computer skills with experience in Word and Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively via verbal and written forms.

+ Regulatory knowledge with complaint handling; recalls; and quality systems is required.

+ Able to communicate with customers about usage of products and handle conversations with customer regarding product failure or medical emergencies.

**Nice to Have**

+ College degree preferred

+ Prefer 3+ years call center experience within the medical or pharmaceutical industry providing clinical and technical support to customers equivalent work experience.

+ Ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines and maintains calm, positive attitude.

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedures and product operating manuals. Able to prioritize and work efficiently while multi-tasking.
