**Product Support Representative II** (1 year assignment, potential hire)

**Location:** Waterloo, IA (ONSITE)

**Pay:** $21-$23/Hourly

Join the leading manufacturer of heavy equipment, forestry machinery, and agricultural machinery as a Product Support Representative. You will provide product and customer support or training for products, services, or initiatives and drives activities to improve reliability and serviceability of products.

+ Resolve advanced product problems using known information & personal knowledge.

+ Identify advanced to moderately complex problems, refer some of them to higher levels for resolution when needed.

+ Locate existing information from multiple sources within the organization to identify previously successful solutions to similar problems.

+ Develop new solutions and provide product technical support to field teams, channel partners, and customers on advanced problems, as well as coach channel partners on the use of problem resolution tools

+ Participate in the Product Improvement Program (PIP) development and on problem solving teams

+ Provide advanced research for Model Product Development Program (PDP) projects

+ Determine process elements needed for each Product Improvement Program (PIP).

+ Determine labor allowance and ensure parts availability, clarity of program and installations instructions, and that all needed information will be available for channel partners, customers and field personnel.

+ Ensure that programs are developed to follow applicable PIP policies and procedures.

+ Develops and release Product Improvement Program (PIP) communications to channel partners in a timely manner. This includes initial program announcement as well as needed follow-up PIP communications, and explanations of PIP policies and procedures to channel partners and company personnel.

+ Administer Product Improvement Programs (PIPs) by providing information and assistance to company field personnel, channel partners and customers, to facilitate timely machine updates, and claim submission.

+ Process complex claims, or assist in claim processing, as appropriate.

+ Resolve claim issues with dealers and / or company personnel.

+ Develop and review reports to track program status, completion rates, closure, supplier recovery, etc.

+ Review final program closure with Accounting.

+ Assist in Product Improvement Program (PIP) training of factory personnel and claims processors.

+ Recommend process improvements and assists in implementation.

+ Ensure kit or part availability prior to announcement, and follow-up/resolve kit or part-related issues while program is ongoing.

+ Work with factories and Parts Division to resolve kit availability or order issues.


+ High school diploma recipient or equivalent, 4-year degree preferred but not required

+ MS Excel and SAP experience required

+ Strong communication skills, professional and personable

+ High Customer Service standards

+ Excellent time management and organizational skills

+ Computer savvy

+ Able to work independently

+ At least 3+ years of experience in a related role
