Kelly Services in partnership with our Conroe, Texas customer are searching for a third shift temp to hire Production Associate.


In this position you will:


Clean the RO Membranes utilizing a mechanized washing system


Operate both cleaning and test skids


Regulate and recording pre and post quality readings


Calibrate instruments


Package RO Membranes for shipment, including placing in plastic bags, sealing, boxing, and skid/shrink wrapping


Fill in for personnel around the plant as needed, which will require cross-training in other production positions


The qualifications for the ideal candidate include:


High School Diploma or GED equivalent


Candidate must be flexible to work different shifts or overtime.


Candidate must be self-motivated, a team player, be able to follow a detailed schedule and comply with all safety protocol while maintaining productivity


Must be able to work independently with little supervision


Candidate must be able to bend and stoop frequently, lift up to 70 lbs. and read and follow procedures and standards as well as instrumentation


Must be willing and able to work with chemicals in an industrial setting


The hours are the first two weeks on first shift for training and then moving to third shift 10PM - 6AM.
