Description Kelly Government Solutions is currently seeking a Production Control Clerk to support one of our top government clients on Ft. Hood, TX on a long term contract assignment.

+ Responsible for maintenance production management.
+ Distribution of maintenance work-load.
+ Supervising the execution of the Maintenance Division Work Order Process.
+ Responsible for the general planning for and monitoring of the Maintenance Division’s operational work direction; planning weekly/monthly workload schedules and sequencing operations to optimize efficiency while ensuring high quality of work standards.
+ Assist the Production Control Supervisor/Lead in the conduct of the Work Control Center and in the efficient operation of production through the Maintenance Division.
+ Assist the Leader in planning for and monitoring the divisions operational work direction.
+ Assist the leader in deadlines and priorities of divisional work schedules.
+ Determining equipment, supplies and maintenance required.
+ Works under the general supervision of and may be required to act on behalf of the Production Control Leader.
+ Processing Maintenance Work Requests.
+ Review requests for completeness and accuracy.
+ Determines if work is irregular and acceptable to shop.
+ Uses knowledge of shops to forward work request to the appropriate facility.
+ Inputs data into the Maintenance Information Management System.
+ Provides follow-up on the status requests.
+ Maintains records of all work accepted by shops.
+ Responding to customer inquiries regarding status of repair.
+ Prepares monthly financial for reimbursable customers and various customer recon reports.
+ Maintaining and updating files and records. Coordinate the work order flow between appropriate departments.
**Job Requirements:**

+ Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 2 to 5 years related work experience required.
+ Must possess expertise in MS Access and MS Excel, including the ability to set up and maintain an Access database.
+ Excellent communication skills along with professional demeanor that extends to all levels of the organization.
+ Proven progressive problem solving skills.
+ Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks.
+ Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and judgment skills.
+ Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently.
+ Promote and maintain a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork in achieving business objectives.
+ Experience and/or ability to interact with multiple departmental technologies (i.e., engineering, business, technology, etc.).
+ Knowledge of military products, processes, and terminology preferred.
+ Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
+ Ability to adjust to customer work schedule changes.
