Kelly Services, in partnership with Trilliant Food, Beverage, and Nutrition, is hiring for Temp-to-Hire Production Line Assistants! Ideal candidates are those with reliable work history, and who pride themselves in producing quality products that exceed customer expectations. Positions are available for immediate start and starting pay is $12.75 per hour ($0.50 shift differential for 3rd shift)

Job Responsibilities may include:

- Supply the production line in accordance to type and quantity needed to produce quality coffee products

- Inspect product for any quality issues

- Package product as orders are completed

- Maintain documentation accurately and legibly

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the work area

- Assist operators or other functions of the line as needed

Positions available on PM shift (6pm-6am). Employees follow a 2-2-3 crew rotation which means you will work 24 hours (Wed/Thur) one week and 60 hours (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat/Sun) the next week.

Immediate Openings for Production Team Members - Little Chute, WI

Kelly Services is looking to fill multiple Temp-to-Hire Production Team Member openings in partnership with Trilliant Food, Beverage, and Nutrition. Trilliant is a dynamic beverage manufacturer serving retail, foodservice and corporate customers from coast to coast.

Production Team Members are responsible for performing various production line job duties including packing product, palletizing finished goods, taping boxes, visual inspection of product or packaging, housekeeping, manually moving materials and supplies to and from production area, ensuring accurate count, assisting with paperwork or other duties as assigned while complying with all quality, food safety and human safety requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Inspect and rework products to meet customer quality criteria

- Build cardboard cartons and hand pack product

- Repetitively seal and palletize product cartons

- Maintain documentation accurately and legibly

- Maintain clean and orderly work area

- Additional duties as assigned by the machine operator

Requirements Include:

Interested candidates must be able to fully meet all physical, skill, and availability requirements. Additionally they must meet the following requirements:

- Ability to work 12 hour shifts

- Ability to lift 5-20lbs frequently for 12 hours

- Ability to lift up to 40lbs occasionally for 12 hours

- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift

- Be available a minimum of every other weekend for work

- Ability to wear all required PPE and GMPs (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hair/beard nets, lab coat)

- Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety

- Must have ability to communicate effectively with others using oral or written communication

Classification: Temp-to-Hire (480 Hours)

Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am

Pay Rate: $12.75-$13.25 hour
