ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS THAT SUPPORT OPERATIONAL GOALS

· Install, troubleshoot, and repair components of processing equipment

· Perform work such as welding, fabrication, assembly, and pipefitting.

· Troubleshoot, and repair most electrical components.

· Ability to instruct others in mechanical and electrical skill sets.

· Ability to troubleshoot some PLC, and programming conditions.

· Ensure work area is clean and organized when repairs, installs, adjustments, etc. are completed.

· Ensure quality of work is performed to maintain high standards in Maintenance department.

· Ensure safety rules, procedures, and GMPs are followed.

· Record all data required of area to comply with company standards and customer requirements. All paperwork must be in order and accurate.

· Partner with production and quality assurance team members.

· Attend communication and technical meetings as required.

· Ensure safety rules, procedures, and GMPs are followed.

· Ability to make decisions independently.

**Requirements**

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
