Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is currently looking for 2nd and 3rd Shift Supervisors to work with a local Cabinet Door Manufacturer in Sayre, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity.


- Assigning and coordinating work/employees within department to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, promoting safety, and employee morale.

- Recommend equipment upgrades, staffing adjustments, and process modifications.

- Inspect product to verify standards are met

- Provide coaching and developments to employees

- Manage and drive departmental performance

- Participate in continuous improvement projects



- High School Diploma or GED, college degree preferred

- Proficiency with MS Office

- Ability to achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, and cost

- Previous experience in a supervisory role

- Demonstrated ability to lead people, processes, and projects
