**Pay rate: $21.89/hourly**

**Duties:**


The nature of the work is focused on providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy, and effective or efficient work environment or providing personal amenities to employees. Develop strategies to integrate whole body approach to rehabilitation through established processes and communication. Direct patient care regarding injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation and provide the appropriate and necessary services and/or referrals. Determine future injury trends to implement programs that will provide the most cost savings to the bottom line. Use athletic training expertise to treat, care, prevent, and rehabilitate athletic injuries. Conduct injury evaluations and decide appropriate next steps. Decide when to refer patients to physician/orthopedic surgeon. Develop customized rehabilitation programs based on your evaluation, physician’s orders, and nature of injury. Maintain accurate and up to date records, including patient charting, doctor’s notes, post-op/MRI/X-ray reports. Manage patient discharge and referral process. Follow-up on patients referred to outside physical therapy to discuss their rehab progress continue to maximize program delivery and service. **Skills:**


1 to 3 years’ experience in athletic training/rehabilitation desired. Inside Operations: May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and routine in nature. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to being required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, or pull. May be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components while operating machinery and exerting force or lift up to 50 pounds. May be called upon to perform physical and quality checks requiring sufficient visual acuity to identify quality flaws and distinguish colors on small components.
