Description Currently seeking a **Market Research Program Coordinator** to join a Fortune 100 financial services holding company, for a **6+ month contract to hire opportunity** , located in **Minneapolis, MN.**

Overview & responsibilities include the below;

The Customer Experience Office Voice of the Customer team works to deliver insights to support our company’s journey to be a leading, customer centric organization. This Voice of the Customer Program Coordinator position will be responsible supporting the Business Banking Voice of the Customer program. The team’s role is to be an advocate for our customers by providing actionable insights to key business partners and collaborate with teams across US Bank to implement changes in products, processes, systems and policies to drive the most customer-centric experience.


+ Ensure all customer facing survey materials (questionnaires & Invitations) are submitted and approved through CAT (Compliance Approval Tool) within the company’s online compliance module (ARCHER)
+ Initiate and complete periodic & annual review process through ARCHER to ensure timely completions and maintain compliance approval.
+ Initiate and complete BCI (Business Change Inventory) & BCRA (Business Change Risk Assessment) process to gain necessary compliance approval for new programs
+ Initiate and complete IPQ (Initial Planning Questionnaire) process to inform and engage Corporate Procurement on new vendor contract negotiations.
+ Ensure Quarterly Third Party Relationship Management (TPRM) Attestations are completed by the assigned deadline for assigned vendor(s)
+ Ensure the TPRM Annual Assessment is completed by the assigned deadline for assigned vendor(s)
+ Initiate & complete Enterprise Research Analytics (ERA) requests through ARCHER to append data to existing files & create data files for new programs.
+ Ensure alignment with other Voice of Customer (VOC) programs by collaborating and partnering with the VOC Program Coordinator.
+ Participate in cross-channel projects and teams to ensure appropriate parties are engaged, ensuring deadlines are met.
+ Maintain organized records of scheduled compliance reviews to ensure completion well before published deadlines.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree with 3+ years’ experience in Customer Analytics or market research and reporting experience. Experience with banking compliance & regulations is highly desired, including ARCHER, CAT, BCI, BCRA. Third party relationship compliance is a desired. Knowledge of and experience with contact centers is highly desired. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication, organization, analytical, and statistical skills a must. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Power Point and Excel. Experience in financial services industry. Process improvement tools and methodology such as Six Sigma desired.
