**Job Summary**



The Worldwide People Programs team enables our Channel Partners to deliver the best possible experience and sales results through their people and our sales staff. We do this by partnering to create integrated global staffing programs that drive advocacy and customer experience.



A Program Manager with the WW People Programs team is responsible for creating, leading and implementing effective program(s) that deliver a consistent Brand Experience in our global retail partners stores. All program(s) developed and implemented need to employ quality and scalability across all reseller partners worldwide. You will work with key stakeholders across Training, Finance, Consumer and Enterprise Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology teams and others to deliver innovative sales enablement solutions and programs. People Programs strives to create an amazing employee and customer experience across a variety of routes to market, countries and epicenters for technology.

**Primary responsibilities:**




+ In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop company badged and other third-party channel staff programs with components such as execution playbooks, partner sell-in decks, RFPs, process flow, training and communications material.

+ Partner and support regional stakeholders on the deployment of programs. You will drive the set-up of infrastructure and execution cadence to deploy a successful program based on their specific regional needs.

+ Participate in the Center of Excellence for Retail staffing programs.

+ Develop solutions that foster people engagement with products and services, including strategic sales events, engagement programs, rewards and incentives.

+ Manage program cycles by developing strategies and operational solutions that ultimately mitigate issues, increase engagement and drives results.

+ Identify and lead technological program enhancements that drive scalability and report on consistent program KPIs.

+ Analyze, compile and communicate monthly reports of program execution, results, and gaps to stakeholders and executives.

+ Analyze and innovate worldwide staffing coverage solutions in several sales routes to market.

+ Contribute to the innovation and development of new people engagement technologies that drive training, performance and social learning

+ Work close with the Consumer Sales Programs team to create the best in class customer experience by connecting merchandising, digital and people.

+ Support and partner with the rest of the People Programs team initiatives
