Our client in the Power Electronics is currently hiring a Program Manager to lead

and drive the development of important new technology programs for Topsfield site. This role is a newly created role due to growth and is a Direct Hire.


Has general management authority for and responsibility to plan, organize and integrate Company resources required to successfully manage the program and meet contractual commitments under the general supervision of the applicable vice president and/or director. Reports to the vice President of Contracts and Program Management.

This exciting new role offers an opportunity to work with and learn from some of the top industry leading professionals. He or she will serve as liaison between the creative RF/Micro electrical engineering professionals and the functional manufacturing organizations.

The candidate we are looking for will manage complex assignments involving the analysis, research, design, development, fabrication and testing of RF/Micro devices and systems.

Plans and determines the most efficient method of achieving program objectives within the framework of technical capabilities.

Maintains liaison with customer representatives as it relates to program performance.

Assigns areas of responsibility, authority and task objectives.

Establishes and maintains adequate controls to assure continuous analysis and measurement of performance against requirements and initiates corrective action as required.

Provides for effective coordination of all project activities with cognizant support functions throughout the Company to assure the attainment of program objectives.

Prepares and presents status and progress reports to customer and executive management.

Coordinates proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications.

Negotiates and establishes contractual terms, conditions and prices.

Maintains a positive work environment by professional and courteous conduct and

communications with others, including supervisors, co-workers, clients and vendors.


Bachelors degree or equivalent. Engineering or scientific degree preferred.

RF, Electrical, Power Technologies, or similar industry background preferred (RF & microwave frequency products, subassemblies, modules, semiconductors, High Power RF Amplifiers, microelectronics, components, and assemblies for wireless, etc.)

5 years experience required.


Client designs and manufactures solid-state high-power amplifiers and RF/Microwave control components and receiver products that are utilized in a variety of military and commercial applications (Electronic warfare, radar, IFF, military communications, SATCOM, datalinks, medical and EMC/EMI testing and in airborne, ground, mobile and surface applications, and much more...

Products are available as modules or rack-mountable subassemblies and use the latest semiconductor technologies (standard and customized amplifiers, control components, and switches and limiters).
