Position is full time Monday Friday paying $50-70/hr based on experience. Position is also remote until office open.


**What you will be doing** :


+ The Program Manager, People and Cultural will operate across Digital, Data, Merchandizing and Pharmacy technical teams (Portfolios).

+ And will provide oversight and alignment across the business and technical engineering teams in building our culture to support our people and in support of attracting new talent through our communications, ambassadorship, and ongoing programs.

+ The successful candidate will have led associate culture programs across portfolios to provide standardization, processes, tools, and communications to our people.

+ Must be disciplined, dynamic and flexible, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.

+ This candidate will have proven strengths in reporting, project management and execution, communication, collaboration, and leadership.

+ The Program Manager will report to the Director of the Portfolio and Program and will drive execution across the portfolios for growing our culture and talent.

+ This role is a highly collaborative and visible position that requires extensive cross-group coordination at all levels and the ability to manage high volume, high impact work.

+ The perfect candidate is strategic and has a bias for action; thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; and easily partners successfully with a wide group of stakeholders, from senior leaders to individual contributors.

+ This leader knows how to roll up their sleeves and drive programs and initiatives for the portfolio (supporting and driving) and owns the culture plan for engaging our talent and building emotional connections in the market and social media to support our talent acquisition growth strategy.

+ This individual can work at the strategic level while flawlessly executing at the detailed level as an individual contributor and builder.


**Main responsibilities:**


+ Own the culture strategy, talent acquisition strategy and be responsible for its delivery and the programs that create a great place to join and a great place to learn and do the best work

+ Develop the internal culture to ensure continued rapid growth, retain key talent and attract new talent to accelerate performance with a thriving, exciting and ambitious organization

+ Track data and provide reports to leadership on status and progress

+ Working closely with the talent acquisition team to standardize, create and maintain processes to support best practices

+ Working closely with management team on increasing social media presence strategy

+ Working with leadership and talent acquisition on different hiring strategies to accomplish desired growth in headcount

+ Introduce and maintain community building activities and events to encourage employee engagement

+ Develop communication plans and management change management

+ Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed

+ Oversee the delivery of high complexity programs/projects on time, within scope and on budget


**Overall areas of focus:**


+ Attracting people to work with us - working with leadership to evolve the process and the value proposition of `employee brand to enable our corporate engines (recruiting and talent acquisition) to attract candidates across their lifecycle (early in career through mature domain experts)

+ Build on our processes around onboarding, training, and culture development so that every interaction is of the highest quality: Creating a Toolkit for success for all employees; and for each specific role (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Program/project Management, Architects, Quality Engineering, etc.). Create ongoing feedback mechanisms to learn, test and grow our cultural experience.

+ Manage Associate (employee) experience survey action plan; driving for change and growth to increase our employee engagement. (Programmatically developing solutions to address top concerns: e.g., Employee Training, Feedback and a Great Place to Work)

+ Share our Story Externally: We need to get our word out there on not only how great our people are, but the amazing and cutting-edge tech work we are doing that will change the industry! Via LinkedIn or other social media platforms

+ Ensure our processes keep pace with our growth


**We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:**


+ 8+ years of project /program management, business operations, consulting, or equivalent experience

+ Bachelors degree in Business or related field

+ Strong experience working with engineering teams


**Preferred Qualifications** :


+ Strong project management and program leadership skills

+ Self-starter with financial and analytical skills

+ Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills

+ Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex of business and technology topics

+ Strong attention to detail, passion for strategic thinking and problem solving, and ability to deliver rich, business insights to drive business decisions

+ Ability to work with a variety of people across the organization, including senior leaders, individual contributors, and support staff

+ Ability to maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments

+ Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and effectively triage several competing priorities

+ Work independently to balance multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously
