**Job Description:**




+ Develop strategic bi-annual Global Program plans, and work with Marketing Automation for execution of plans

+ Communicate Global Program plans to Marketing, Conferences & Communications Dept and influence buy-in of plans by Regional Field, Conferences, Digital, Content and Channel Marketing Managers

+ Assist the business in the development and delivery of a comprehensive integrated program marketing plan for global markets. This should include; detailed strategies, tactical programs, integrated communications, lead generation, nurture, and loyalty programs

+ Support the achievement of financial goals by driving strategic, effective and measurable marketing programs to be delivered globally, on time and within budget

+ Help gather and analyze data to understand if business marketing objectives are being met; quantify what has been achieved and present case studies to support this

+ Responsible for the management and appropriate allocation of program funding

+ Set and report on measurable objectives for all tactics

+ Demonstrate efficient expense to revenue conversion

+ Maintaining the quality & relevance of all marketing communication messages to customers and the markets, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction



**Requirements:**




+ Experienced in end-to-end marketing program strategy, the individual is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of effective, marketing programs to create demand and generate leads in the global and regional markets as part of the Program Marketing team.

+ The successful candidate will have experience delivering inbound and outbound marketing programs through a variety of tactics. These programs include focus on lead generation, nurture, targeted marketing outreach, and awareness building activities.

+ Work closely with their Product Marketing, Regional Field Marketing and Content Marketing counterparts to ensure program plans meet business objectives, are designed for maximum impact, and leverage the customer and buyers journey.

+ Understand the buyers journey and customer life cycle and demand waterfall. Must be data driven, analytical, and have the ability to monitor/track success of programs and maintain a campaign dashboard of results and ROI.

+ Work with the Regional Field Marketing team to determine localization/customization requirements for regional markets, as well as gaining regional buy-in for global plans. Develop the programs to be successfully delivered in support of the regional business objectives. Work with Product Marketing Management to understanding Marketing requirements for product launches, and then creating strategic Marketing plans to support launches.

+ Candidate is required to be pro-active, possess strong communication skills, have the ability work in fast-paced environment, resolve issues, and manage multiple stakeholders.



**Other Requirements:**




+ Minimum 7-10 years of experience implementing and managing marketing and demand generation programs

+ Self-motivated with strong history of demonstrating initiative to job responsibilities and being proactive across all work

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Experience in working with, as well as influencing and negotiating with various stakeholder groups

+ Strong, clear communications skills as well as the confidence to speak up to lead a discussion

+ Experience in a global and regional role, dealing with and managing multiple countries is a plus

+ Deep background managing and incorporating digital tactics into marketing programs

+ Pro-activeness is required and ability to plan ahead

+ Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail is key

+ Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results

+ Must be data and result-driven and have the ability to multi-task and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment

+ Good presentation, PowerPoint and excel skills are required

+ Marketo trained (Marketing Automation Platform) is a plus

+ Strong communication skill in a matrix organization between regional/global marketing team and Marketing/Sales Leadership team

+ Proficient in CRM/reporting tools such as Salesforce.com



**Success Factors:**




+ Work closely with Regional Field, Conferences, Digital, Content and Channel Marketing Managers to ensure the global Go-to Market Plans can be tailored for regional needs

+ Plan, Manage and execute lead/demand generation and loyalty programs (acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell), and integrated marketing programs targeting customers and prospects

+ Execute Global Programs in support of Regional markets, as well as the ability to deliver Program assets to aid Regional Field marketing teams to drive though
